2008 S550 4matic Flashing Hazards
Yesterday as I was working in the yard out of the corner of I eye I see that the lights on my 2008 S550 are flashing.
The vehicle wasn't running and I hadn't been in it for almost two days.
It's NOT the Alarm Siren Module... I pulled it and the flashing continued; so I reinstalled it.
I tried to reset the alarm according to instructions found on the internet... No Resolve!
I disconnected the Auxiliary Battery and Starter Battery and waited more than enough time before reconnecting... Didn't work!
The Hazzard Button is not stuck. It has the same resistance and Click that it has always had...
I didn't spill anything on any button (I do not allow eating and drinking in my vehicle). And YES; I adhere to the rule even when by myself.. LOL!!!..
The only way to get them to stop was to pull the #40 Fuse.
I'm the second owner, I only have 85K on the vehicle, Do not drive it in winter months (nor did the previous owner), and use my Denali for most of my driving...
If anyone has a possible solution; please let me know. I'm not a cheapskate... I have no problem taking my vehicles t the shop/dealer. But I also like to exhaust my efforts before doing so; because I can learn a lot this way.
THANKS in Advance.
