Default 2002 S430 - Current Verizon Phones

Hello:

[sorry if you already read this on the Electronic forum]

I have a 2002 S430 with the phone connection installed.

I am taking a new job in a few weeks. I will have a Nextel phone for that job. However, I still have my current Verizon phone and about 9 months left on the contract. Will any of the current Verizon phones work with the system in the car?

Which Verizon do you currently have?
With Mikbox and V710 cradle/phone, you can integrate with your existing phone system.

I have a Treo 650 Smartphone.

I don't think there is cradle available for Treo.
You may want to double check with forum SPONSOR Mikbox.com

I didn't think there would be. However, I am willing to buy a new phone and transfer the number. If one of the current phones will work with my cradle I will be glad to buy that one.

Easiest method is to get a phone that fits your existing cradle.

Does anyone out there know of a current phone offered by Verizon that will work with the cradle?

I recommend emailing Mikbox for fastest solution.

It's not the holder I am worried about. I am worried about the phone interfacing with the car's system. I want to make sure I can use the phone through the car's mic and speakers.
