Default 2001 S500 Suspension

Vehicle towed in yesterday, client stating air bags defaulted out.
I performed a trans service on this vehicle back before Christmas due to harness o-ring leaking. Performed general inspection on vehicle, noticed Air Suspension would not raise or lower scanned system for codes. no codes present at this time. Client said it has not raise or lowered since the bought vehicle back 6 months ago.I told client to expect problems due to age and mileage on vehicle. Again vehicle was towed in yesterday. I confirmed that the front bags had lowered but had not dropped to bump stops.
Scanned system with solus. found several codes.
c1519 veh level critical
c1527 level critial
c1013 voltage low pin 30
c1504 system fault
c1026 steering angle sensor not initialized

I did study each one of the codes. I assume that the cause and effect would be flat battery causing C1026,C1013 and C1504. Tomorrow i will replace battery and will attempt to clear the codes and adapt the steering sensor.
I checked the operation of the air pump, pump functions correctly, cycling when vehicle needs air and when manually operating switch on dash But doesn't raise? Inspected front bags found epoxy tops to be cracked but not leaking at this time, removed air lines, lowering vehicle to the ground, started vehicle, pump activated and is pushing air, noticed valve block cycling air supply to left and right sides when vehicle sensors are telling the car to raise. Maybe a stuck valve block? weak pump? Weird but on air-ride vehicles when the pump gets weak activation and cycle times slows way down but doesn't stop permanently. It acts like to want to raise up. The operating cycle times on the system seem fine, it acts fine just wont raise t>
he vehicle, and i mean no corner of the car will move when the system tries to function.
