2001 S 500 Trouble code 173.

Hello,
Can someone tell me what the OBD II code no 173, Fuel Trim malfunction bank no 2, will stand for, what sensor will not work correctly, or what could this code to come up.

The self-adaptation values for that bank are out of limit... Sounds like you have a faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor. About a $480 part
