Ok my SRS light has been on for like 2months now and the car is running fine and feels no diffrent.
Can someone tell me how to make the light go off?
Also the car has a constant ticking noise when running, I changed the oil and its still ticking.
Help Please, Suggestions are appreciated.

SRS light will not have anything to do with the way the car runs, Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) is the airbags, etc.
this light means that a fault is recognized within the SRS someplace. unfortunately, a 94 isnt running OBDII, so reading out codes with a universal scanner or an SRS universal scanner wont tell you anything about that.
the tick could be a lot of things. can you narrow down where its coming from?

I talked to my Mercedes mechanic and he told me it had to do with the sensor itself.
He said he has to look at it, somthing about the sensor itself malfunctioning.
When he does check it out, and i found out how to fix it i will post it on here.

The seat belts are part of the SRS system on the 94 S-500. A defective seat belt switch can cause the SRS light to flash a code on startup and then stay lit until the faulty switch is replaced. I know this because I have the same problem on mine and the mechanic at the Mercedes dealership scanned the system and identified the right front seat belt switch as the cause of the indicator light being on.
I still haven't fixed mine by the way.......
