I got an R500 that only drives in Reverse. In D it revs up but does not drive, Could this be the conductor plate??

 

Hello and welcome to the forum! Before spending any money on parts, I would suggest that you pull the car's fault codes. Even if your CEL isn't on, you'll likely have stored codes that should give you a good idea as to where the issue is coming from.
