My 08 r class has been sitting for a week because we don't drive our Benzs in the snow and I noticed the rear of the car was lower to the ground but when started it when back up to its regular height. Is something wrong or was it just sitting to long? should I be worried LOL I also need service D what is included in that service?

 

Likely a slow leak in one of the air bags. DYI replacement with this:
