washer both rear and front doesnt work

washer both rear and front doesnt work

My washer's on both the front and rear do not work, fuses good, and everything else works on that fuse.

Are both pumps dead? How can I tell, I guess I should hear an electric wine from them?

yup those little pump go bad all the time tet voltage to them if 12v replace them
