Default thinking about buying new ML350

Hi
New to this forum..

I'm thinking about buing a new ML350.
Do you guys have any problems ? any rattle sound ? break problem ?
coz I 've been driving Nissan titan since 04. It had so many problems.

I'm not sure how long I can keep my truck..

I like ML350 with iridum metalic silver..

What do you guys think ? My friend told that previous ML wasn't good.

Any comments ?

New ML looks so much better than its previous generation.
However, I'd avoid 1st year model.
There were rumors about 350 engine issues... hopefully it's not true or already resolved.
Good luck with your purchase!

I have a 2002 ML320 and the truck rides very tough, the interior rattles a lot especially in the rear. Overall, I like the car but I wish it was a bit smoother and quiter.

I don't mean to be an a** but its an SUV not a sedan. It is hopefully built to be able to go offroad unlike the newer ones. Plus I am sure it rides better than my Rodeo.

I just picked up an '02 ML500. My SUV is remarkably quiet, very smooth (Michelin tires) and no complaints at all. 19 mpg cruising 75-80. Very pleased to be back in the MB fold after 11 years ('89 560SEL).

Jerry

Thanks. Just did a little clean up, fixed broken items (front and rear vents, rear cupholders), added factory hitch. I have a few other improvements planned. Will see if I can figure out how to post some pics shortly.
Regards,
Jerry

I was invited to test drive one. I accidentally hit the push button on the shifter and the car defaulted to neutral. I was left on the road unable to get the car into drive. The dealer couldn’t get the car into drive either. What a disappointment. I don’t know if this problem has been solved but I don’t like the new computer shift lever. I would bet other will be having this same problem.
