Unhappy oil leak on cooling water side

My ml430 engine extremely overheated when it was driven w/ a broken belt about 5 miles from inside a tunnel. Since then coolant and oil has mixed only on coolant side but not in oil sump. Head gasket had been replaced; but the same problem still. Both head was taken out and brought to machine shop for a shave ( it was warped a little, according to the shop) and pressure/leak tested but the shop said the head were still good w/ no leaks found on them. After assembly and engine test, it still have same problem. I pressure test the water side to 30psi; but no increase in oil level in crankcase; anybody has a constructive suggestion what the problem could be? Still owes 10+ grand on it and can't afford another vehicle so a remedy is badly needed.
Thanks
