The fuel gage on my 2001 ML 430 suddenly stopped working. It stopped working right after I filled it up about two days ago. First, the gage was stock at the ¾ level. within 45min it went down to the empty level. The yellow “out of fuel” warning indicator is on. Can anyone help with the diagnosis?
Thanks

Ok I found several posts on this issue on MBWorld Discussion Forums:
http://www.mbworld.org/forums/showth...t=Fuel+gage+ML
It It appears to be a problem with the contacts on sensors in the fuel tank.
