I recently encountered a headlight problem on my 1999 ML320. The headlight shuts off when using the turn signal. I can get it back on by playing with turn signal arm or engaging the high beam. It appears to be a short that may be causing this. Does anyone have a fix for this problem?

 

internal short multi-function switch...replace this switch would solve a problem
