Default 2011 ML350 fault codes and help needed please

new member here trying to help my neighbor with her benz. 2011 ML350 bluetec 4matic. 60k miles. she said engine light came on and into limp mode while driving.
towed to dealer. they want almost $9k to get it back on the road. she said sh'e;d tow it elsewhere and dealer said we'll get it driving again for $4500.
they say inlet port shutoff motor is shorted and adblu metering valve is deffective, also needs thermostat because vehicle overheated due to inlet port motor short.
had it towed home, i put my scanner on it and got
P0031 Ho2S Heater ckt #1 sensor 1
P0047 powertrain
P00AC powertrain
P0112 powertrain
P0489 powertrain
P2009 powertrain intake manifold runner low bank 1
P2030 powertrain
B2AAA body
P20BD powertrain
P20BE powertrain
P0102 powertrain MAF low input

replaced battery as it was original and did electrical reset. codes came right back. when cleared with scanner, the come back within a few minutes.
could it be a simple fuse?
which codes are cause and which are effect?
should i start with replacing the inlet port motor and see what clears up after?

any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! thank you

found fuse 101 or 103, a 15A blown in engine compartment. that took care of 90% of the codes.
code now there for the intake motor stuck left and right bank.
is it driveable like this?
look like ill be doing the intake flap motor. anyone done one? got a procedure or work around?
thx
