Hi.

i have a 2009 ML350 with about 28k miles. Today, i noticed that whenever i tried to turn on either AC or HEAT, with whatever settings i choose - i do not get any air from the ventilation slots.... this is the same for driver or passenger side. It was working last week when I turn on the AC...

what could be wrong please? I am a newbie and not very technical about the car.. Any details would be appreciated.

I have tried reseting the battery - but it looks the same. (is there an easier way to reset batter other than unplugging the + / - terminals on the battery?
