Recently my 350 has run into a problem accelerating. Only at times (not all the time) when I go to accelerate from a stopped postition, it quietly revs to about 2,200 rpms (no higher) and just VERY slowly begins to move. I can floor it and it does not improve. If I stop and shut it down for a few seconds, it is fine again for a while. There are time it will go days without any problems.

Can anyone offer any feedback as to what might be causing it? Anything offered it greatly appreciated.

I have a similar issues with my 2009 ML 350, were you able to identify the problem with the sudden lose of power and little acceleration? Once the vehicle is turned of and back on, all is normal.
