Hello need some help with gl x164 water leak , and i m sure these are also common in ML , i have the battery sam and rear sam repaired and cleaned, a little rust on them , and i have water in battery compartiment, a little and mostly in rear right side sam , where the fuses are, i ve sealed the most common water leaks, the 3rd tail light, the tail lights seals and the big and small plugs that are over the tail lights behind the plastic cover. this leak in the picture appear only when the car is parked upward a little. i can t get to the source becase there are a lot of walls. it looks like it comes from the middle of the car and gets 1.5meters to the back

much worse on the SAMS side of the rear quarter panel, I have a towel I keep in it, if the SAMS gets wet it throws all sorts of issue mainly won't go into gear and takes about a week to dry out..
If anyone know how to solve would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for letting me know, I thought it might be something like that, is so hard to trace from the water drops, it's all dry at the top and still finds a way to drip down. Not a cheap exercise I bet :-(

yeah. the guys that change windahields should do it. tell them to seal potential other things in the trunk. rear sam should be moved up . not sitting where it is. reseal tail lights and screwes arouns it and above. remove poastic.thing above and reseal plugs. diamount rear bumper. reseal vents.
