Hey, I just got my GL 500 and I have a slight problem with the Navigation System. As soon as the DVD is inserted, it says "Navigation cannot be activated". Could anybody help?

 

I know its a few months down the track but just wondering if there was ever any solution found for this.
I recently bought a S/H 2006 ML350, with Comand Navigation, and when I insert the navigation DVD I get exactly the same error message, "navigation cannot be activated".
Mercedes dealers have connected it to Star Diagnosis but cant work out what the problem is.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 

For anyone interested, I found the solution for this problem "Navigation cannot be activated".
Whenever a later version navigation DVD is inserted in the Comand it updates the software and any earlier version DVD will no longer work.
