The check engine light on my new 2010 GL350 stays on constantly. I have brought the car in for service twice in the first 2,000 miles. I feel like I am getting the run-a-round. I know of two other owners that have the same problem. Mercedes does not appear to have a fix for the problem. Can anyone give me any insight?

 

I bought a 2012 GL350 because I wanted a three-row car and figured I'd get (1) quality (2) support from dealership and (3) value. My car was in the shop within 1 month of ownership for a "software update" because of the "Check Engine Light" (on a new car!!!). The dealer, once I purchased, has ignored me, provided no support (and you need a lot to operate the awful GPS/radio) and made me feel like I was in a used car dealership trying to rip me off (okay, I should have walked but they were slick like grease). MB is resting on it's laurels and while the quality may have justified a premium years ago, my short experience says DON'T BUY. I am very disappointed.
