For less money you can get an 02 with low miles,well inspected,non of the issues of the w211 model nicer looking and higher quality.You will rue the day you buy a w211.

For $13,000? You do realize you are really going to get a real high mileaged one. way over 100,000. Like ohlord said. for that you can buy a 00-02 with less then 75,000 on it.

 

What are the issues of the w211 model?

 

The question is what are not the issues.
electronics,quality,fit,finish,cheap parts,brakes..............

FYI, look for one without the Airmatic suspension as the suspension systems are major headaches and very costly dealer only parts repairs, $1500.00 per side if the airsprings fail on the front right or left side...other than that e320 should be fine....
