Hi car stuck in first gear will not change wether in d or 2.3 or 4. No lights on, ecu clean and dry told it could be a electrical plate inside box, any ideas and is it easy to change and if so how cheers Brian

 

Ok no relies to this question so an update if that helps no codes retrieved from ecu changed the plate above valve block and it made no diff any help pretty please

 

Hi still no replies here is another update i have tried another ecu but fron a 2000 petrol e class diff numbers on box but is changing some gears now but not correctle so looks like ecu fault anyone have a known good one for sale number a 021 545 11 32 thanks Brian

 

got a new gearbox ecu with the correct numbers and now fine hope this helps someone else
