Default Under voltage/cosumers defective E200 2002

Hi,

I had a problem with my car, first it showed on the screen (Alternator/Battery visit workshop) I changed both alternator and the battery but this time the fault was under voltage/consumers defective, I took it to the workshop and they couldn't find the problem, the only feedback I've got was the alternator works fine and it generateg 14.6v but it is not connected to the battery, but all the connections are fine, they scan the car with computer and resault was clear and did not show any fault, is there any one experienced the same problem or anyone has a reosanable soloution for it,

Please HELP!!!!!
