I found this car parked in a lot for sale for 2,500 dollars.

The only problem is it has 150,000 miles but it's in extremely good shape.

It was owned by an old lady who lives in my town only for spring/summer.

My car just got stolen and I'm getting like 6k from the insurance and I'm only in HS so I'm thinking that this car might be good even with the high mileage because then i could put some money into it..

Help me out on my decision!

 

Rest assured my friend... you will put money into it! Ha! It's 15 years old. To see if this is in good shape, contact the owner and take it to a local, independant Mercedes Benz / European auto repair shop. I hope that you already have a relationship with one... Anyway, a used car inspection will run you about $125 or so. You will either find out that it needs a lot of work or it is a good deal.
