Thansk for all the help . The problem resolved itself after driving ther car for a few days. I am assuming and my mechanic suggested that because I didn't replace or turn hte rotor that it took a few days for the pads to seat themselves against the rotor. Recently completed my E320 4matic and all went well but used new rotors
