if you want your car to look like this, then you will need to get rear bumper with matching exhaust....

what would suggest if I don't want to change the rear bumper is there any way to get the exhaust to stick out and with an add on piece to the rear bumper

yes, you could do that, but not with Carlsson...
you will need to go Brabus route...
