Does anyone know the details on service G on a 2003 E320?

That's a whole lot of stuff that needs to get done. You need to step thru the FSS on the MFD and see which Service Numbers are listed. The "G" only means the work will take approx 7 hrs to complete. I also own the same year/model and haven's seen "G" come up yet. How many miles do you have? Just as an FYI, my "F" service came up at approx 53K miles a couple of months ago.

I tried to upload some files for you, but it didn't work for pdf files. Go to http://www.mercedestechstore.com/pdfs/index.htm and pull down the pdfs for FSS Plus and the W211 Service Sheet. These are under the "Files for 219 W211 training". This info should also be in your owner's manual set, but these pdfs provide additional info.
