Default Replacing Ball Joints

I am going to replace the ball joints on my '88 300E very soon. Will have the local indie do it. What other parts should I replace now that they'll have this whole assembly off? Would like to save a a few dollars on labor while they have my front end apart.

Interesting, called another indie and it was said that just the ball joint can be replaced. It seems the main concern is the eccentric bolt and bushings which are expensive. He stated he can save the bushings that are on there now, and possibly the eccentric bolts if they are not seized to the assembly. So now I am at a crossroads. Not quite sure which direction to go.
