Default RE: Projector Headlight

Looks like they're the Depo made halogen/projector headlights. A small number of folks
seem to accept their mediocre light output. After spending that much, one would expect
a noticeable increase in light output. But no, they're yellowish...and fragmented beam, ie
there are noticeable gaps in the beam as you scan ahead from left to right.

Be prepared to spend more money to make these lamps work. Options (in increasing
order of cost/time/assembly/degree-of-difficulty)......

- insert aftermarket, brighter looking H7 bulbs - $100

- buy these headlights and live with it. They do look nice and clean, with their clear front lens - $400

- locate quality projector, halogen and swap out inner projector (reflector/lens). $400 + $150

- locate quality projector designed for HID arc bulb, buy ballasts, and HID D2S bulbs. yank
out the Depo projector and replace with your just-purchased HID projector unit $900-1000 +labor
