llo everyone and congratulations for your forum. I have the E200 W211 2007, and the last month I have a very serious problem with navi. Namely, it does not show maps and it does not read the official cd. Step by step what is happening:



So, I put the CD of aps 50 v7.0 (2007-2008) and especially the CD 4 which has the letters GR (I live in Greece) and it says:

Yes and



And I am waiting for... So:



It happens with any cd I insert, regardless of its version or its year, or if it is official or not.

Can anyone help me because it is important? I move everyday in Greece... Sincerely, I thank you...

 

I can tell you, once you put in a later version of a nav disk, you can no longer go back to an earlier version. Make sure you have sufficient battery voltage, let the car run while updating the software. you can also try to pull the fuses for the navigation or command/radio, and see if a hard reset will maybe help. or just disconnect the car battery for a few minutes. But youll have to reset a bunch of things if you do that.

Maybe. But make sure you use an MB disk..if you use a copy/ burned disk it might not work.

 

What do you mean MB disk?

I found the version 14 of 50 aps (2012 - 2013) I burned it in cd (seven cds totally), and indeed it does not work. The cd rom does not read every cd, even though I have used about 20 burning programs. Any ideas? It is necessary to use the official cds? Or maybe the downloaded version is fake? What do you think?
