Can anyone please help me, E 300D 1994, just had complete suspension overhaul including springs, shocks, rubbers, idler arm bush,etc.

There is a noise from somewhere below the middle of the engine once the car goes into a rough road, also tried getting the steering worm tightened but did'nt help.

Please help.
