I am new here so I hope I got to the right place.

I recently bought a Merc e250 2013.
After few days I had an engine light on the dash, the engine power was reduced and the transmission wouldn't shift gears until 3000rpm. it was still possible to shift them quicker manually through the paddles. I found a Code P2279 Intake air system leak bank1.
I started looking for the cause and found a cracked intercooler hose. I had it replaced and cleared the codes.
However, there is another code C0700. I don't know what it is. the engine power is still reduced. but the engine light is off now.
I think the engine is in some lip mode as the transmission is still shifting the gears around 3000rpm.
also, I can only change the sport to eco transmission modes. the manual mode is currently not available.
