Default I've Got a Few Problems

Hi, I've recently acquired a 1999 Mercedes E320. The car was actually previously in an accident, so we had to have a few parts installed when we got it. After installing most of the parts, there are a few things wrong we noticed. One thing that is a big problem right now is the left license plate light on the trunk. It won't turn off, and it ran down the battery last night, causing us to have the car be towed because it wouldn't jump start. The next problem is since we had to replace the headlights, we discovered that it is missing the pigtails for the signal light, or at least, that is what I have been told they are called. Does anyone know where I can buy this part, as well as light bulbs? Also, we need to buy the black part that is below the bumper. Does anyone know what that part is called, and where I could buy it? Lastly, and least importantly (to me at least) is that the BAS/ASR light is on. Does anyone know what causes this? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

Check ebay for the part below the bumper (do a search on e320 bumper). I had to replace mine on my 300e. It actually all sold complete with the bumper, but was surprisingly inexpensive, and very easy to replace.
