my heater blows only cold air. i have changed the heater valve, still blowing cold air. does anyone have a suggestion

make sure the valve is plugged in!!! and you might have to purge out air in the system.

What year and model?
did you run the onboard diagnostics if it is a w210?
Have you checked the coolant level in the tank and that the thermostat is working?

hey guys happy to report that after letting all the cold air blow out, my heater started working fine. i guess it was the heater valve that caused the problem. much thanks to chasis211 for the advise.
