Headlight Wipers

RE: Headlight Wipers
I've always thought headlight wipers were silly. It's just another unnecesary (but unique) option, unless you take your car mudding with the 4X4 trucks. I guess you could make use of them if you lived on a heavily travelled dirt road in Seattle, WA or London, England. They're more for show unless you live in a third-world country with no paved roads and lots of rain.
When I bought my car only one worked. Now neither work.

RE: Headlight Wipers
the wipers will go as you indeed use your washerfluid.
I have headlight-wipers on my SAAB.
they DO help!
when your are driving on the highway, gettin a lot of road-spray at you, there's a big difference in light once you have cleaned the headlights.
when you had some rainy days, stop over at a gas-station, take a paper towel and clean just half of the headlight, with the lights switched on.
there is a clear difference
