Default Headlight Moisture - need to remove

Picked up a bunch of Moisture in the Headlight and Highbeam. Heat from bulbs really gets the condesation to build up and light output very much reduced. Source of moistue is my doing from an underhood cleaning.

Is it big issue to remove and replace lens/assembly so I can dry everything out?

I gave it a look over and it looks like it's a matter of releasing couple of key fastners or a big pain in the a**.
