Default Hard Starting

Hi all, I have a 1988 W124 E200 carburetor model Benz. When it is cold it starts fine , when hot it starts fine but when it is left for 10min to 1/2 hr it is very hard to start. Its like it flooding with fuel because there heaps of black smoke when it does start.I have replaced the main large diaphram and the needle and seat and it still does it. Any ideas anyone ?

then you got to adjust the sensor plate position.

with ignition off and with fuel pressure, the movement should be about 2mm.
