99% chance its your mass air flow sensor, if so you should get a check engine light soon. expensive part btw but very easy to replace if you buy it yourself

It could be your maf,not quite 99%,if it was failing flat line you would have the power loss but they are on such tight ranges that even slightly out of range you should get a cel triggered for the teltale p0170 and p0173 codes.
OBD2 scanner 94169 for 39 bucks at harborfreighttools.com or their store nearby if you have one.To read codes when you do have a cel on.And maf sensor insert for 127 bucks at germanstar.net bosch oem unit.
Clean your maf with crc brand maf cleaner and see if that helps.Under demand I would suspect a dirty fuel filter as another possible culprit, when was it changed?

could be a pedal value sensor also which senses the accelerator pedal
position. these do go bad and eventually the esp bas light will come on.
This doesnt always happen at full throttle but you can feel it when just pressing the gas and nothing happens. just another possibility!!!
