Are the following wheels compatible with 2005 E320 chassis (W211)? Currently My E320 hasoriginal/OEM wheels on it.

That is an awfully high price to pay for a used set of rims with bad tires.
If you are going up to 18's your ride quality will drop and usually to look proper the car needs to be lowered.
$1400 delivered for those rims with bad tires is way more your free delivered cost of brand new rims and quality brand new michelin tires from places like discount tire or tirerack.com
