no, that is 99 E320 and no blinking mirror shells were issued as OEM until following year.
I purchased on Ebay (Taiwan manuf), commercially painted to match, and self installed...
tapping to turn signal switched/hot wires beneath door sills.

 

That car is beautiful! I love the Mid 90's E-Class as well as the 94's. I like that color on the benz too, looks really nice!

fixing the house. i just had Designo seats (air bladders) installed from E55 wreck. pretty nice and
comfy now. here is one pic - used to be all charcoal....



so far, the mods include = Depo/E55 bixenon, E55 seats, E55 rims, E55 tails, blinky mirrors, clear fogs,
Audio10, 35% tint, BilsteinSport, Vogtland coils, Euro mirror

the E55 parts were pretty much serendipity. i just happen to see these FS at
various times and liked them. i liked the rims because they had smoother
lines than the C class rims. I thought they blended better with the E class curves

I have new set of illuminated sills "Mercedes-Benz" which I've decided not
to install. The ice blue lighting clashes with the interior and I'm too lazy to
modify to electroluminescent yellow. So if anyone is interested, I'll knock
$50 off the $150 new price. You incur shipping from 98144. Sills are from
'formymercedes' dot com, not OEM sills.

 

I like the interior very much. Itlooks great with the color of the car. I drive a 97 E320 silver but it isnt mine, but I really envy your car. I am thinking about gettin some AMG rims for it aswell maybe some like yours or some 18" 5 spokes. The car already has a Hawaiian tint on it, it looks good because it is sort of like a mirror tint. But anyway I dont really like the 90's C-class Mercedes at all. The body on them are ugly. But that is just my opinion.
