Default E320 Intermitent start problems

Hi guys, hope all is going well.
My 1999 E320 is having problems, I'm having intermitent starting and running problems. Occassionally it wont start after driving it for a while and sometimes, it just quits running and then wont start. If I let the car sit for a couple of minutes then it will start, but quits after a few minutes. It is throwing a P0141 code and all other live data looks ok. Any ideas? Would a 141 code make it quit running???? What other wearout item goes bad without throwing a code??
thanks ron

Default Have a question

my e320 starts and shuts off within 2-5 seconds or when accelerated. I changed the fuel pump, and filter, and crank shaft sensor. Last year I put in a mar. Has anyone had this problem? If so how do I fix it?
