My drivers door mirror is in need of replacement. Not the housing, just the mirror itself. Current mirror is heated, but that died some time ago. Now the dimming feature has gone haywire, and the mirror is stuck with the top 1/5 not dimmed, and the rest in full dimming mode, which makes it a bit of a pain to use.

I am hoping to replace the mirror, and using a mirror that would give me the heated feature would be nice, though I really don't care about the dimming feature. Anyone have any good places to find a replacement mirror? Or a list of models that will interchange with my car? Also, I'd appreciate any advice/instructions on how to remove and replace the mirror. I've done mirror replacements on other cars, but am not sure how to do it on the E420 and really don't want to break anything.
