Default Dead Battery and relay clicking

Hello,
Ihave just returned from a2 day trip and found my 1993E class with a dead battery. I replaced the battery and the car started fine, however, there was a lot of clicking around the passenger foot well. There is also clicking at the intake area. After driving the car 1 time, it refuses to start. I have disconnected the battery then reconnected without any success. Also,I remember hearing some clicking prior to my trip and with the car off (no key in the ignition). After reading several posts,I am wondering if the problem could be the fuel pump relay? Where is this relay located, behind the battery? I appreicated any professional responses especialy after paying $2000 for the air conditioning evaporator to be replaced.

Default RE: Dead Battery and relay clicking

That is your factory alarm.to stop the clicking lock the car as normal and unlock it from the passenger side.
