Default Could changing ovp relay kill alternator?

Recently replaced motormounts, tran mount, and mass air flow sensor and ovp relay...first couple of days...car was so smooth I couldnt tell if it was still running when I'd stop and idle...smooooth and nice..ran like a new car (1994 E320)yesteray I noticed the warning lights are all on faintly, the battery light glows more than the others, and when I acelerate or push the rpms the warning lights grow fainter..when I brake, battery light glows like the North Star..could this be a coincidence, or is it possible to damage the diodes when the ovp relay is changed out..New battery so this can't be the culprit.and so far starts riiiight up and doesnt idle bad, doesnt stall..(it's a matter of time, isnt it? ughh).anyone have any clue? Thanks again..She's almost done, thanks to all of your help..I greatly appreciate it guys!

Changing OVP shouldn't cause a problem.
You say ALL warning lights glow dimly. Not just the alternator/battery light.

Did you remember to reconnect the engine/trans earthing strap when replacing the mounts?
