Angry clmate control fan won't shut off

My 2000 E 320 climate control fan will not shut off when I turn the car off It continues to run unless I disconect the battery. I pulled the A/C blower fuse's #4 & #7 which didn't help, It just kept running. With the key off I pulled & replaced one at a time each & every fuse from the fuse boxes under the hood, under the rear seat, & on side of the drivers dash but the fan just keeps running... Disconecting the battery is the only way it will shut off. A local German repair shop via a phone conversation suggests it cuold be the resister on the blower motor or the climate control display unit in the center of the dash.. Since disconecting the battery & pulling & replaceing all the fuses I now have 2 malfunctions ABS & BAS showing on my dash & my power window switches on the center console & back door window switches no longer work!!! I'm a first timer to this forum & it looks like I've got myself into some major problems... Any HELP or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks faa@nycap.rr.com

the windows are an easy fix, put up the windows and hold the switch up for about 5 seconds then they should work, the esp light.... turn the wheel left to right stops and hold it there for a few seconds...light should just go out.

usually the blower problem is the blower regulator on the blower motor.
