The light is starting to flicker indicating pads are wearing. I'm not able to replace these for two weeks. I don't want to burn the calipers but i need to drive her still. how much of the pads does this tell me i have left?

 

The light indicates brake pads need to be changed at the next opportune moment. That doesn't mean IMMEDIATELY.

You still have several mm of pad left.
What you should avoid is any high speed heavy braking or extended mountain down grades..
"Normal" use should pose no problem for two weeks but this is not an exact science. it all depends on how hard you use your brakes, how frequently, whether the discs have a tendency to rust due to wet or in frequent use etc.
Just book it into the garage straight away and if the first opportune moment is two weeks then all SHOULD be OK till then.

At the end of the day YOU have to assess the risk of damaging the brake rotors.
