ok so i am in the market for a 2000 ish E320 sedan, and my question is that the vehichle i am selling has an aftermarket radio with the usb and ipod hookups, and i was wondering is it possible to change the mercedes radio for an aftermarket radio as such.

if i do the switch do i lose the BOSE sound, and 8 speakers, or is it all compadible

also can someone tell me what the 0-60 time is with the 3.2 V6
