98 e320 upgrade help
I am a very fortunate 16 year old with the priviledge of recieveing a 98 e320 sedan for my first car. I love this car. The only thing/s i would like to change is its outward appearance. I was wanting to find possibly a body kit/ other accessories to help make my car look more appealing for a 16 year old. Suggestions of where (and also what i could buy)i could find these things is needed. Thanks

RE: 98 e320 upgrade help
chandler-
you suck! when i was 16 i was trying to break into cars because i
was too poor to own one. dont know how much i can help you because
i'm exponentially older than you. I have a 99 E320 which I purchased
a couple of years ago. if you need any tips on the following (which I've
done to my car) let me know.....
- turn signal mirror covers
- Audio 10 head unit (wanted cabin swap out of CDs)
- Depo clear lens projection headlights, fitted with E55 bixenon HIDs
- take off rims from 05 E55 (aesthetics)
- E55 tail lights (aesthetics - didn't like the oval lens)
- E55 front and rear seats (much more comfortable-air bladders,
softerleather, plusher seats)
- tinted 35% sides and rear
- Vogtland lowering springs (looks, improved handling)
- Bilstein Sport shocks (shorter than OEM shocks, +10% dampening)
i've not done body kit. not going to. i'm tired of sinking $ into the car
when I really need to remodel the house.
p.s. WELCOME to the club!!
