98 E320 - crankshaft pulley
All,
It appears rubber spacer on crankshaft cracked was thrown off. Crankshaft pulley has now moved rearward approximately 1/2 inch - the approximate width of the spacer. Therefore, belt out of alignment and causing issues.
Does this appear to be a simple pulley removal and replacement of the bad spacer? Or could something deeper be at work here?
Thanks in advance for the assist.
