Default 300e overheating

hi, i have a 300e bone stock, and a couple of days ago it started over heating for no reason. when you start it it will go to 120(red zone) in about 20 minutes. i have no leaks, no coolant mixing with oil, and very little smoke which it always had (300,000+ miles). All of the fans work, fan clutch is fine, thermostat is fine. Any help would be great..

Default 300e overheating

i looked into the problem a bit more and found that the radiator was slightly hotter in some places and slightly cooler in others. should i try replacing the radiator with a used one?thanks

i think you have a thermostat problem. Replace the thermostat, do not remove it . the coolant will not circulate without the thermostat. the next thing would be to see if you have water flow. if you turn on the heater will you get hot air ?
behar radiator seems to work the best. i have bought a different brand before and the car would over heat. and the other thing to check is to see of the electric fans turning the right way it should push the air through the condenser. i have seen them come back from body shops running backwards. if so just change the wire at the plug.
