my 2010 e class amg is causing problem. everytime i accelerate fast, i get a check engine light on. then, the car would shake while i'm driving. this was fixed once my a local mercedes dealership. now, it has occurred again. does anybody know what's going on. i am new mercedes owner, and a displeased one!!!

 

I have an 09 which keeps giving the message to check tyres. This after having them filled with nitrogen. Obviously not the same problem in that one would suspect the display message. My point is have you/they made any changes or modifications to the car. Assuming it ran great at one point and then decided to develop the shimmy. I have had this happen on other cars in the distant past but it was usually traceable to tires. Like new ones out of balance or an alignment problem. What did te stealership say was the problem the first time they fixed it?

 

I did not do any modification. I did bring the car in once, and the dealer claimed to have fixed it. Now,it is in the shop again.
