Default 2008 E350: Prefer Comfort or Sport mode?

Hello... I wanted some opinions on how all of you drive using these gears? For daily commute on the freeway, do you guys prefer the C or S mode on your E series?[8D]

S is standard or summer and C is comfort S is first gear start and stiffer suspension and harder shifts...C is 2nd gear start and smoother shifts

Other than starting in first gear, I really can't tell the difference between the two.

Well I've only had the car for a month, but I've been driving in C mode. I tries S mode today, and it seems fine too. At a stop light I pressed the button a few times and I could feel something shifting. I imagine that was the car going from second to first and back a gain.
